Anyone attending or participating in the event must use good judgement, obey all laws and take reasonable care to avoid injury or sickness to their person or property. By attending the Woodchuck Harvest you exempt the organizers, hosts, staff and property owners from liability due to loss, damage, theft, sickness or injury to body or property. Presence at the event will be considered consent to this disclaimer and you will waive your right to bring legal action against the hosts, sponsors, organizers, staff or property owner.
